1. Services Offered
CJG Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, and lifestyle photography. Specific details of each service will be outlined in the agreement or package chosen by the client.
2. Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as agreed upon during the consultation.
- Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your service agreement.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before or on the day of the scheduled session unless agreed upon differently in writing.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: Cancellations made less than [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 7 days] before the scheduled session may result in a forfeited deposit or additional fees.

- Ownership: CJG Photography retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Client Usage Rights: Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the delivered images. Commercial use requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees.
5. Image Delivery
- Turnaround Time: Final edited images will be delivered within [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 2-4 weeks] after the session.
- Delivery Format: Images will be provided digitally unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
6. Liability

8. Client Responsibilities
- Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive on time for sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or additional charges.
- Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary permissions or permits for specific shoot locations.
9. Force Majeure
CJG Photography shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
